107th anniversary of Little Nemo in Slumberland

Little Nemo in Slumberland
Winsor Zenic McCay

Today is Winsor McCay's Little Nemo in Slumberland anniversary. And Google celebrating it with honor by creating this awesome graphic on their webpage... try it on!

A bit of his biography : Winsor Zenic McCay was an American cartoonist and animator, best known for the comic strip Little Nemo and the animated cartoon Gertie the Dinosaur. For legal reasons, he worked under the pen name Silas on the comic strip Dream of the Rarebit Fiend. He was born on September 26,1869 in Spring Lake, Michigan and died on July 26,1934 in Brooklyn (However, his real date of birth & place of birth are uncertain...). He married to Maude Leonore Dufore and had 2 children named Bob McCay & Marion McCay. Well, this is only a part of information i've got from Google. Read more in Wikipedia. Enjoy the words my dear!

Happy working day!
